Cancel on or before 16th October - Full refund

Cancel between 17th October and 1st November - 50% Refund

Cancel On or After 2nd November - No refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to another delegate. You can also choose to keep your ticket and opt-in for the Live Stream instead (there will be no partial refund).

Live Stream Pass:

Cancel 1st November or Before: Full Refund

Cancel 2nd November or After: No refunds.
Remember that even if you cannot attend the live stream, you will get the video accessible for 30 days.

Aim: To openly discuss clinical and communication failures to enhance our learning, and dissect the foundations of modern day Treatment Planning and case presentation

Dentists will be able to:

- Identify causes of clinical mistakes in Restorative Dentistry and understand their remedial management (including the importance of Duty of Candour)

- Communicate effectively to patients when treatment has failed to ensure the integrity of the dentist-patient relationship

- Ask impactful questions during consultations to better understand patients and therefore create better serving management plans that naturally have higher acceptance

- Revise the stages of treatment planning and explore new ideas for case presentation

We will ask you all for your dietary requirements and arrange a healthy buffet lunch.

We have used this venue before and they look after us well!
